Open call for volunteers from Spain and Ireland to join a project in Poznan, Poland
Project name: Come together
Location: Wielkopolska region, Poznań – Bralin
Local coordinating organization: Stowarzyszenie “Jeden Świat”
Dates: two consecutive months (60 days) from the beginning of October till end of November
Volunteer tasks:
This time we invite volunteers to work with our local volunteers to raise the youth awareness on global education and peace. How? There will be four volunteers working with youth and children in the local community conducting workshops for them and create the public event during the Global Education Week (the third week of November). It means:
– first there will be training about Global Education and peace specific, preparation on how to run a workshop
– then running workshops on peace and global education in schools and kindergardens
– preparing and taking part in the Living library (with previous preparation with experts)
– running workshops in schools on the topic of the volunteers culture, country and language
– taking care of social media
– taking care of digital documentation of the workshops projects run by our Association
– participate and organise the raise awareness events, campaigns and other dissemination activities we create together in the educational group.
